Know Your Limits

Self-exclusion

Should you choose to self-exclude, this will effectively close your account for a minimum of 7 days. You may cancel the self-exclusion within 7 days from the start date by sending a written request, which is required before re-opening your account can be considered.

After the 7-day period, the self-exclusion cannot be terminated. Accounts will not be reactivated under any circumstances during the exclusion period.
